Couples Therapy & EFT in Spokane
When conflict or distance starts to feel like the pattern, it can be hard to find your way back to each other. I work with couples through an attachment lens, with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

A warm, inclusive space.
Emotionally Focused Therapy is an evidence-based approach developed by Dr. Sue Johnson. In EFT we gain an awareness of the negative cycles that impact you and your relationship, and work toward an understanding of how those strategies have protected you in the past. In therapy, new strategies are cultivated for positive cycles.
I received my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Gonzaga University and am a member of the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT). I help couples with relationship issues, communication, attachment concerns, divorce and parenting challenges.
