About Kathryn

Seen, known and deeply understood.

I believe every person is worthy of being seen, known and deeply understood—my hope is that from our very first session together, you will experience that.

I received my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Gonzaga University. I'm a nationally board-certified counselor (NCC), licensed in Washington as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, and a member of the American Counseling Association and the International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT).

My experience ranges from adolescents experiencing anxiety or social difficulty, to students and older adults working through life transitions, building a secure sense of self, or parenting blocks.

"I'm looking forward to meeting you!"
